Refund policy & copyright
Plain English, no small-print gymnastics. Here's how refunds work for digital content, and how the Boutique's material may be used.
What you're buying
Self Help Letters Boutique sells digital information: letter templates, guides, story lessons, quizzes, audio and AI-assisted tools. Nothing physical is posted to you, and access is delivered instantly inside the app.
This is general information and self-help material. It is not legal advice and no outcome is guaranteed.
Your 14-day cancellation right
Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital purchase. Because access is immediate, starting to use paid content counts as asking for delivery to begin, and the 14-day right ends at that point for the content you've opened.
- Not opened any paid content yet? Ask within 14 days and you get a full refund.
- Already opened paid content? The 14-day change-of-mind right no longer applies to that content.
- Faulty, broken or not as described? You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the 14 days.
Subscriptions
- Cancel any time from Manage subscription — cancelling stops the next payment.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Part-used months are not refunded, unless the service was faulty or unavailable.
- Charged by mistake, twice, or after cancelling? Tell us and we'll refund it in full.
One-off packs and downloads
- Downloads and unlocked packs are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where faulty.
- If a file won't open, is corrupted, or the wrong item unlocked, we'll fix it or refund it.
- Gifted subscriptions can be refunded in full while the redeem link is still unused.
How to ask for a refund
Send your request with the email used at purchase, the date, and what went wrong. Requests are answered within 5 working days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
