A useful reference, not a secret weapon.
Black's Law Dictionary is a respected American legal dictionary. It is genuinely useful for understanding terminology and it is often cited in scholarship.
It is not a source of law in England and Wales. Definitions in it do not override statutes, and quoting a dictionary definition of 'person' or 'understand' in a UK court will not change the outcome.
Use it the way lawyers do: to check what a term means, then go and read the actual statute or case that governs your situation.
