Stripe webhook attempts
Every payment message Stripe sent about your account: whether the signature passed, what type of event it was, when it arrived, how many tries it took and what it changed your plan to.
Automatic retries
If a payment message can't be saved first time, the app tries again with a growing pause between attempts before giving up.
Retry pauses: 400ms, 800ms.
